The project will consist of two main parts:

1: A series of viewings of audiovisual documents (films, audiovisual material from the artist, television material) and subsequent discussion sessions.
2: A series of weekly neighborhood meetings or workshops during which the archive will be collected and constructed.

Featuring a program created by norwegian artist ANDERS EIEBAKKE for ONDA REGIONAL DE MURCIA

Anders Eiebakke is an artist working with drawing and video, and a writer. Previously, Eiebakke ran the Samtidskunstforum gallery in Oslo, edited the magazine Kunstinnsikt and was chairman of the Young Artists Society in Norway, as well as working as both an art critic and curator. After breaking with relational aesthetics in 2001, he has focused on combining traditional craftsmanship with new technology and radical political analysis. Eiebakke has spent the past three years researching the intricacies of aerial surveillance systems, developing and piloting small drones which can fly via the use of video goggles and GPS systems.

Program: El Escaparate

Ralf Homann's work deals with spatial concepts and with the broader media, while also reflecting upon their interdependency. He is interested in activating the public space by means of performance-based practices. In his works, which are constantly negotiating the boundaries of art and politics, he investigates the different facets of knowledge its hidden narrative or its invisible design to illustrate new perspectives of reality and how it might be represented. Ralf Homann works mostly within collaborative teams in a context of activism, as these constitute the basis of his understanding of the public realm. In several works he also explores issues of modern-day mobility and migration. While operating in various media forms, a important series of his works focuses on radio. He also applies sound or transmissions to his sculptures, thereby simultaneously encompassing physical and digital spaces. His contention is that radio is "a dancing medium".
